All payments must be made in advance via Stripe, Truist, or Wilson & Trust. Clients must provide accurate details for service fulfillment. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
All deliverables remain McFadden & Co's intellectual property until full payment is received. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
McFadden & Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays, third-party errors, or data loss. All disputes are governed by Tennessee law.
